Going to a winery in Hong Kong should be impossible. But nothing like that is impossible in Hong Kong. The grapes are harvested and frozen in Washington state and then shipped as a solid ice block. All wines are produced and bottled in Hong Kong. I specially liked the Gewuerztraminer.
