Soon, the temperatures will rise into a Mediterranean summer, and the colors will be dominated by the yellowish limestone. It is said that the village name "Zabbar" derives from the Maltese 'tiżbor', which means pruning trees and goes back to the Middle Ages. And that's not just when looking at the map.
